THE CORE PROGRAM - INTRO

Red Maple Mindful Living began with the first Change Your Mind program back in 2003. Since then, Red Maple Mindful Living has become one of Canada’s innovators in mindfulness-inspired learning. Now, after 12 years and 100's of participants, we are launching our first brand new mindful living program, Mindful Living- The Core Program.

Far more than just another meditation class, this will introduce you to the Red Maple Mindful Living Approach, providing a foundation for a new life for you. The CORE Program is built on our PARA framework in which you will learn that ‘mindful living” is driven by -
  • Purpose,
  • Attention,
  • Relationships and
  • Activity.
The groups sessions and workbook will explain this framework, provide learning exercises for you and a forum to discuss your learning. All sessions are lead by Ray Parchelo who has been teaching and inspiring participants for over 30 years. Those who complete the Core Program can later move on to the our Cultivating Mindful Living programs, day-long workshops and retreats which zero-in on topics like relationships, family career and spirituality.

The first Red Maple Mindful Living Core Program will be presented at our Centre in Pembroke in 8 sessions over 10 weeks starting on Tuesday February 3 and finishing Tuesday April 07. All sessions will be 6.00-8.00pm at the RMML Centre.

The cost is $250 and this includes
  • the 8 group sessions,
  • all materials,
  • participation in all regular Centre programs during the program and
  • 2 optional mentoring sessions during the program.
The program will be limited to 10 participants, with a minimum age of 17.
Couples and parent-teens welcome.
